Here is a market update for you! The market is heating up with the weather over here in Poway, CA. Inventory is starting to uptick, and buyer activity is still strong. I just put a listing on the market late Thursday and we had multiple offers in 2 days, with showings still happening! It is a great time to consider putting your home up for sale. From a buyer perspective, it is still a strong buyer's market - prices and interest rates remain at historical lows!

Is it safe to sell your San Diego home again?
I just read this article and it was one of the first honest glimpses of what I'm seeing in my local market. When sellers in Rancho Bernardo and Poway have been putting their homes on the market, they have generally been fielding a multitude of showings and receiving multiple offers. We can definitely tell here that the tides are changing. It is becoming more challenging for buyers here locally in San Diego as well. When there are multiple offers and inventory is down, you can find yourself in an interesting situation! It's definitely time to get in the market before prices and interest rates start to rise and for sellers, this is a great time to take advantage of the local downswing in inventory and stabilization of the San Diego Real Estate market.
